Design, document, and present the cloud infrastructure product to teams moving to Public Cloud.
Work with Cloud Security Architects and Engineers to ensure Client's public cloud is secure and up to security standards.
Work with Cloud Engineers to design and build a cloud foundation to enable AppDev teams.
Lead the design and implementation of key areas related to cloud including IAM, Hybrid DNS, centralized logging, network topology, and more.
Partner with delivery teams to define secure configurations of common cloud services.
Define and implement policies using various cloud posture management tools.
Coach and mentor technical colleagues on best practices in the public cloud.
Design and lead the building of various tools/automation to streamline existing processes and enabling self-service.
Assist cloud operations staff with troubleshooting and operations escalations and the remediation of identified security findings.

What you will need to have:

Google Cloud Architect certification or demonstratable equivalency
8 years of experience as a technical architect/engineer
5 years of recent hands-on experience working with cloud technologies, specifically Google Cloud Platform.
5 years of experience automating Cloud deployments and using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and networking using automation pipelines.
5 years of experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Google Deployment Manager.
Knowledge of basic internet principles such as HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, Networking, Load Balancing, etc.
Knowledge of IAM best practices and platform security principles
Experience using CSP SDKs
Experience using CSP CLI tools.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
